Who we are
P215 Investments Ltd (company number 17079252), registered at Morton house, Brandon Estate, Otto Street, SE173NW, United Kingdom, is the data controller for this site. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under .

What we collect
If you check your eligibility. Your name, company name, email address, phone number, company website, country, the typical size and weight of your parcels, and how many you send each week. We also record which page or article you submitted from, and the wording of any consent you gave.
If you sign up to the newsletter. Your email address and where on the site you signed up.
If you accept analytics cookies. Pages you visit, how you arrived, approximate location, device and browser, and identifiers set by Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. If you complete a form, we also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email, phone number, name and country, along with your IP address and browser, so they can match the visit to an advert. None of this happens unless you accept.
Always. Our host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, to run the site securely.
Why we’re allowed to use it
- To answer your enquiry — because you asked us to, as a step towards a possible contract between us.
- To send the newsletter — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Analytics and advertising — your consent, given through the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time using .
- Keeping the site running and secure — our legitimate interest in operating the service.
Who else sees it
We don’t sell your data. We use these providers to run the service, and each only gets what it needs:

Several of these are outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the provider’s own safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months if they don’t become an account, then deleted. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows the retention period set in Google Analytics and Meta Events Manager.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of what we hold about you
- correct anything that’s wrong
- delete it
- stop or limit how we use it
- send it to another provider
Email privacy@parcelstak.com and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies
Analytics and advertising cookies only load once you accept them. Your choice itself is stored in a cookie called parcelstak_consent for six months, so we don’t keep asking. Change it any time with .
Declining doesn’t limit the site: the calculator, the eligibility form and everything else work the same either way.
